What is included with the cleaning services?
We offer three tiers of cleaning: Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move In/Out Cleaning. For a detailed breakdown of our cleaning tiers, please visit our Services page.
How do I book an appointment?
We’d love to hear about your cleaning needs, please use our contact form or give us a call at 808-207-4923.
NOTE: We are not currently accepting one-time Regular or Deep Cleaning bookings.
What are your days and times of operations, and what is your availability?
We operate Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and provide services by appointment only.
What payment options to you accept?
All payments are captured through our website and we accept payment via credit or debit card. Cash and checks are not accepted.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will ONLY be charged after the services are completed or in the event of a cancellation fee. We will typically pre-authorize your credit card to the scheduled appointment and will notify you if there are any issues.
What should I expect after completing a booking?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing the booking. You will also receive reminder emails/texts 3 days and 1 day prior to your booking appointment. All bookings are subject to our review and we reserve the right to cancel any booking.
Who provides the cleaning supplies?
We will provide the cleaning supplies. If you have your own cleaning supplies you prefer used, please notify our staff and we will be happy to do so.
Are eco-friendly or organic cleaning supplies available?
Yes, eco-friendly and organic cleaning supplies are available upon request, subject to additional charge.
How long will the cleaning service take?
The duration of the cleaning service will depend on the type of cleaning, the size of your home, your selected extras, and the number of cleaners assigned to your cleaning. At the time of booking, you will receive an estimated duration, but the cleaning time will vary. If you have specific time constraints, please communicate in advance to our team, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping your cleaner is completely optional.
How can I provide feedback on my cleaning experience?
Customer feedback is absolutely essential to our success as a business. If you ever have an issue or concern, we want to hear about it and will work with you to resolve it to the best of our abilities. Please contact us at 808-207-4923.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel a cleaning appointment any time, up to 48 hours prior to your cleaning appointment start time. Cancellations that occur less that 48 hours prior to your cleaning appointment start time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking value.
